The Hertford Choral Society is good at entertaining itself as well as its audiences! It is becoming a tradition to have a Summer Garden Party – often in the grounds of a member’s home. Last year, our host’s home housed a large organ, which featured in an impromptu performance during the afternoon. Other musical groups (including choir members) also entertained those present. Quiz nights are also very popular. In February, the Society held a well-attended dinner that included some splendid entertainment from various members.

Other activities have included an Auction of Promises (a few events are intended to raise funds for the choir!), country walks, and theatre and concert trips.
