Trustee Meetings
Dates of future Trustees' meetings are published on the choir’s noticeboard, together with agendas and minutes. All members are encouraged to put forward any issues to any of the Trustees. An alternative way is to put a suggestion/query in the Suggestion Box (available at all rehearsals). All items submitted will be passed to the appropriate person; and you will be told who it has been passed to and what the outcome is of any suggestion made – provided that your name is written clearly on the piece of paper!

Part Reps Meetings

From time to time the Part Reps meet with the Chairman, Secretary and MD to discuss matters that are important from their point of view. These meetings are usually timed to follow the Sectional Meetings (see below).

Sectional Meetings

These are held during rehearsal time. In these meetings, each section can discuss and raise issues with their Part Rep. The outcome of these meetings are discussed in the Part Reps Meetings (see above).
